OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in pediatric pseudoephedrine dextromethorphan drops. CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and reproducible for quality control of pediatric pseudoephedrine dextrometharphan drops.
